"I was referred to this shop by the mechanics where I had taken my vehicles to for over 15 years because that shop had closed and I didn't know where else to take my vehicles to so I decided to go ahead and take their advice. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Moises and asked him when I would be able to bring in my 94 Firehawk to get the clutch replaced and a few other areas of concern. He told me that the owner was not there right now but he could take my name and number and have him call me back Monday. I understood and was looking forward to getting that call back on Monday which didn't happen and I decided the next day because I happen to be nearby to stop over there and see if I could talk to Brian about my vehicle. When I walked in Moses was there and I mentioned to him that I had called Friday about my Firehawk and I wanted to try to set up a time and once again he said that he was going to have Brian call me back. At that point I was kind of irritated because I couldn't understand why he wouldn't be able to tell me himself while I was there what their schedule was looking like but instead he kept putting everything to Brian. I told him thank you and I walked out and left and never got a call back so I guess apparently they did not want my business. I called another shop that I have had this vehicle at and they immediately got me scheduled for an appointment and didn't just put me off to the owner. I was really looking forward to bringing my business here but I guess I will keep that business in Lodi even though I live here in Galt."
