"The woman at the front desk is great and so is the gentleman that sits behind her. The "boss" in the back office is rude and ruined my experience with this place. I will never bring any vehicle here. I called in before coming to talk about my cars situation and the work I need done. Everything I asked about is listed as one of their services at this location. The lady on the phone let me know to bring in the car so the techs could give me an estimate. I get there and get a whole bunch of answers from the "boss" about how they don't touch this, they won't do that and the one thing he is willing to do he says I have to wait 2-3 days before they can even look at the work that needs to be done. After making jokes about how the first company I went to was a mistake this one turned out to be strike 2. After everything was said and done I wasted about 30-45 mins of my time here to get nowhere with my situation. I could've been told over the phone that they wouldn't do what I was asking to not waste time coming here."

Scott and team took my car, gave me excellent service, kept me looped in on any updates, were flexible with pick up time and worked around my work schedule. When I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I leave it with BMW, Scott walked me thru the work and had me visually confirm my approval, was genuinely kind to my toddler who joined me for pick up and an added bonus was that they observe CDC guidelines for mask & sanitation.
