"Rude unprofessional administration. Kept my car for more then a month and returned it with more damages.( they broke the lamp holders, A/C and radiator holders. These guys are scammers. Don’t ever use them"

"My car had some damage to it and my insurance towed my car to G&C the same day of my accident. They didn’t start working on my car until 2 weeks later due to a worker being out sick. I would call every week to get an update because no one was communicating with me. Each time I called they kept telling me I could pick it up tomorrow. Tomorrow came and they kept telling me the next day and so on. My car ended up being there for a month! I had to quit my hospital job due to my job being an hour and 15 min away. The day came that I could finally pick up my car… I noticed my window was still completely broken. If I rolled it down the glass would pop out of place and fall. After that was fixed, they had to tint my window again. They totally tinted it the wrong shade… it’s much lighter than I had it and doesn’t match the rest of my windows. I contacted Rick to let him know but at this point I’m tired of the mistakes and told myself I am not bringing it back. I rather go pay a real professional to get it done. Overall, don’t recommend if you want fast and good service. Rick was nice but the service was terrible. Never received any apologies, just tons of excuses. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this had to be done. Save yourself the headache and pay a professional to get the job done the right way the FIRST TIME."

"I Needed my car towed off the freeway and I contacted this shop for help. Customer service was great from start to finish. The shop was very clean and organized. Bathroom was clean and well maintained ( I’m a woman,I care about that stuff.lol) I was offered water and coffee while I waited. The manager Bryan was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I was updated about my car so I wasn’t blindsided. Even tho my car was a total loss my Overall experience was cool. I would recommend a friend or two."

"Left an entire piece in the cargo area of my car, that caused damage to the sides. It also now makes loud noises, that it never made prior to getting it back from this shop. Delayed my car for a week and didn't let me know until I asked about my car.. Very poor communication and now they have ignored my emails about the noise and that damage to the cargo area, which I have pictures and videos to prove all of this! Made me race home from work to pick it up, but was not even clean and ready to go like they stated. It also looks like they where going through my stuff!"

"I was recommended by my insurance company after getting into a minor accident that did some damages to the front of my car. I arrived and was greeted very positively. Every time I came, for estimating, drop off, and pick up, it was always very quick which helped me a ton. Lisa was very professional and patient with me when answering my questions. I was always notified in a great timely manner about updates on my car. I also greatly appreciated them offering to drop off my car at my house because my work schedule and their open hours did not correlate well. Overall, great experience!"
