"Over estimating and charging the price, 3 hours take to finishing the job this place charged 6 hours of labor. When I questioned him, his response was that’s his rate almost feel like telling me take it or leave it type of response, please who ever need to go this place check the price and estimation. Ask around before you decide to go this place. But think twice before taking your car to this place."

"Mr. Kim is the best auto body shop in Bay Area because other auto shops try and up sell you and overcharge you with hidden fees but Mr. Kim helps you exactly for your need with no hidden fees and very little cost compared to other auto body shops. It feels really happy to have honest and hardworking business like this. He has trouble understanding English so you may need to be a bit patient and slower with your words but in terms of quality and craftsmanship he is great."
