"When I called for an appointment the message let me know up front they were booked until the following week. Had I needed my brakes sooner I had the opportunity to call someone else which I liked knowing right away. My call was returned and I was put in the schedule. I dropped the car off and it was ready in less than 3 hours. Chad did only what he needed to do to replace the brakes and didn’t try and sell me rotors . He said I didn’t need them. I was surprised at how reasonable his price was and when the rear ones need replaced or should I need other service, I’ll call AA Automotive"
