"Ross is a good and stand up guy. Honest and doesn’t try to up sell you or suggest needless fixes. I trust him with my car. I went to him and said my break pads need to be changed, he asked me why I thought this way and I said I was following the suggestion. He was like let me check it first and if you do then I’ll do it. When he checked he was like well your pads are fine and have tons of life on them. Wait a few more services. Honest and straight forward guy. Highly recommend."

My service contract expired and I decided to take my BMW here because of the reviews, Johnny provided me with a good rate, and they were able to work on my car the next day. When I arrived at the shop Johnny was waiting for me and had my estimate ready. They called me during the day and kept me updated on my cars progress. When I went to pickup the car in the afternoon they saved the old parts and they showed me how the replacements they used were a higher quality product.
