"Everything worked flawlessly. I booked the car online and I had immediate confirmation over the email. The international flight arrived almost 1.5h earlier than expected and as soon as I landed I received a text message from Antonio the driver giving me his exact location. He was really attentive, even helping me with my extra-heavy luggage up to the hotel reception. Different types of complimentary water in the car. They are updating you in real time as well on the status of the passenger (waiting, in the car, arrived at the destination). Cannot be happier with the service. 10/10."

You can tell lots about how a company is internally by how the drivers carry themselves. My drivers were happy and took pride in the task at hand. It's a direct reflection on there work environment. "I had a wonderful experience with Urban Worldwide! First, it was super easy to reserve and confirm a car that fit my needs. I was planning a day trip to San Francisco and planned to rent an 8–10-person limo. A few days after I confirmed, Jenny called and left me a message saying that there was an issue with the limo, but that they would upgrade me to the stretch Hummer, which holds up to 13, for the same price! They were so nice about the change and led with the remedy! Randy was a fantastic driver; he was courteous and very timely. The car was clean and stocked with ice, soda, and water. There was a stereo system in the back that worked with a USB cord. The sound system was great, and lights turned on in the ceiling when we went through tunnels. It was a nice comfortable ride with nine people. I will book their services in the future and recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a great transportation company for their next event. Wonderful, world class service."
