"Ken and Michelle are my favorite mechanics couple. They do good service at reasonable price. In fact, I think the price is much better the more complicated the service is. For simpler services (such as oil change etc) they are not that much cheaper and can some times be even more expensive than dealers. But I'd rather deal with them mostly because I trust them as they won't try to upsell you on services that you don't need. I'm a loyal customer after my mom introduced them to me."
