"I found a Groupon for this shop for a synthetic oil change. I decided to have my transmission fluid changed too. I dropped my car off. Within 2 hours I got a call the car was ready. Because I had to work I asked if my daughter and niece could pick up the car, they had no problem with it. They were accommodating in the definition of the word. My car feels so much better with the changing of the fluids. I was hesitant because it was a shop I had not gone to before. Unfortunately, I have to report that this shop did not insert the plug well enough after the transmission fluid change. Eventually my car trouble light alerted that the coolant light turned on. I took my car to my usual mechanic and was informed that the coolant was burning because the transmission fluid was low and the car was serviced. Now when the car is cold the transmission lunges. Because it took about 3 months to happen, and I was working 3 jobs, I did not go back to this shop. It would have been my word against theirs. Bottom line DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!! Obviously, they don't know what they're doing."
