"I’m somewhat new to the area, so when the oil light on my 07’ Infiniti SUV started to come on occasionally, I got nervous… especially since I recently changed my oil at another place in San Rafael. I called Pro Auto Service at 2:30pm to see if they could fit me in, & they said I could bring it over right away. After I Dropped it off, they called me back within 30-45mins and said it was just a problem w the oil filter, so they topped off the oil and sent me on my way. A less reputable shop could have said it was something much more expensive. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Happy that I’ve found my new mechanic in San Rafael!"
