"Hello, I hope my experience could be beneficial to those that come across this store. I came in with my family to look at the dresses for a quince and we were astounded with how beautiful the dresses were! I grabbed a dress from the rack that was stunning and one of the ladies working there immediately rushed to my side to tell me that I was not allowed to try on any of the dresses and I would have to make an appointment to do so and that they would be closing at five which was 40 minutes away and to come back later. Quite frankly, I was a little stunned at the how rudely I was spoken to and though the dresses were beautiful, I felt embarrassed to even look at the options. Not only that, but we soon found out that we would have to pay 100 dollars per dress to try on. We ended up going to another location and it was such a stark contrast that put Christina's to shame. Although the selection was vast and they had gorgeous dresses, don't go in unless you plan on paying hundreds of dollars to try even a few on. It was not a very pleasant experience and I don't recommend them. It was supposed to be a fun and exciting moment that felt ruined by how we were treated."
"Very very great experience here! I had a Navy Holiday party and a very short timeline. I was able to walk in, be given access to browse, the helper gave me suggestions and pulled items she thought might fit what I was looking for.. then when I found one I loved she got the tailor to rush fix the straps for me so it would be a perfect fit even with just a few days turn around. Very very kind and helpful staff I highly recommend!"
