"What I thought was a beautiful dress ended up being very stressful and embarrassing. I didn't pay $30 for this so it's not I get what I pay for. Less then 2 hrs into wearing it the plastic shapers started to stick out. By the time we got to the event (less then 4 hrs of wearing it) 3 more were sticking out. Embarrassing and VERY annoying that something you pay $180 for looked like a cheap dress"

"Found this shop by using a Google search for formal dresses. The workers do minimal help, and it's tough for me to communicate, as I can't speak Spanish very well. One of the associates was on her phone the whole time and ignored me whenever I asked questions. I needed a dress last minute and thought this was the last resort. Found a decent dress but it was stained with makeup on the shoulder. They said they can take the stain out, it looked OK when we left but the next day the stain was worse... after it dried it was a big black spot. They knew of the stain made promises they couldn't keep and gave me attitude over the phone when I asked to return it. It was 109.00 before tax. My fiancee took me to get another dress at David's Bridal. We got 20.00 off and they assisted me to get a dress that fit better and was so comfortable for just 149.00. Their sizing is better and goes by your actual size and not a default S,M,L,XL. Since Original Dress store won't refund me, they can take that 109.00 and gfys."

"Horrible customer service, my mom bought a dress for my kid, it didn’t fit her, we returned to the store, and they refused to give me a bigger size. I even brought my daughter to fit. Their response was all sales are final. I was planning on getting my dress here but I decided to take my business somewhere else. Plus the dress was low quality."
