"I wanted to pay at the pump with my card and then I got a notification that they were trying to buy $75 when that wasn't the case. I went inside to pay in cash and told the cashier on duty, a man made the comment that that was happening and that my The bank had already blocked my card and I told him that maybe the bubbles were hacked and he told me that it wasn't there and what a problem with my card, so I told him that I have had experiences in other places with similar problems and he says that here it doesn't happen we have cameras and also outside it is not our responsibility it is your decision to pay with the card I consider that this is a scam of the hacked systems but this person wanted to make me understand that they do not care about these types of problems BEWARE use this place"

"The nozzle of the gas pump malfunctioned and sprayed my husband with gasoline. When he went inside to report it the woman working there did not care about fixing it and offered no concern. Avoid at all costs since this is definitely a hazard and could seriously injure someone"

"I lost my debit card yesterday and the last place I used it was at this shell station. I kept calling back to see if anybody turned it in, as I was on vacation and only passing through. A grumpy old man, who is very difficult to understand because of his thick accent, and mumbling words, and his lack of making eye contact, named Kershev, was absolutely no help at all. I called several times yesterday afternoon and evening and again this morning and then stopped by this morning and still he would not interrupt what he was doing to help me. All he's told me on every phone call was, "we have no card here." He wouldn't take his time to look around. A nice man on duty after midnight last night went to the trouble to look around outside for me when I called from the hotel and he looked inside the little mini mart for me. That was very nice of him. There was also a gal there today named Ivonne who was very helpful to us. She called the manager for us too, and he tried to prevent her from doing so because he was trying to end his shift and get out. I do not know why he is working there, as he made our experience extremely unpleasant. I am only here from Utah to visit a very sick grandchild who is in the hospital at Lucille Packard, and he only made the trip much more stressful for us. He has no human relationship skills, no public relation skills, and can't even make eye contact with his customer's, which makes it all the more difficult to know what he is saying because you cannot see what he is saying. I told him I was going to give him a bad review; he still didn't care or address the issue in anyway. If I was the Shell station owner I would fire him. I'm sure others have had difficult experiences with this man. I want to add also, that the two young ladies who were on duty yesterday when we got our gas and snacks here, we're both very kind and helpful. If it wasn't for this completely oblivious and uncaring man, I would've given this place a five star rating."
