"Having to bring in your car because you were rear ended is never a fun time, especially if it’s your first time accident. Lori at G&C was amazing throughout the process. She explain what would happen every step of the way, text me updates every Tuesday and Thursday and answer all of my silly questions. She truly made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond!"
"The repair work was fine. My car interior/exterior was dirtier than when I dropped it off but those are the breaks. I’ll need to wash the car to compare the color match but right now looks solid (the other cars waiting for delivery appeared to be washed and detailed?). Anyway the electronic communication was efficient between them and Geico and the text messages with them were helpful as to a delay in getting the car back. Not a 4 star experience but I’d use them again."
