"The owner agreed to patch my roof as 9 year old bondo from MAACO finally broke loose. It was just under $1600. I was given a one year warranty. After 3 months it was cracked in the same spot. I have photos before and after their work as well as where the crack appeared 3 months later. The same exact spot. So I returned and was told by the manager that it was “NOT THEIR BONDO.” Basically calling me a liar in front of everyone. At least the owner was there and took control and told the manger to schedule me an appointment to have it redone under warranty. During that time the manager never contacted me so after two weeks I contacted them. She said “We never should have taken this job. You caused us a lot of extra work and it was not even our Bondo.” Which it clearly was from my photo evidence, which she never wanted to see. They stripped the entire old bondo and reset the roof. It looked beautiful. I returned to pick it up. And the manager still refused to admit she was wrong and still insisted that I was somehow being untruthful and did not want to see my photos. I am old. I have bad a business myself and would never treat a customer with such contempt. It’s never happened to me in all the years I have been alive. I was shocked. How dare she. Anyway, she voided the rest of my 7 months on my year warranty. I now had no warranty on the work at all. It cracked after 6 months. So I paid $1600 and still have a cracked roof. I was called a liar and have no warranty. But mostly, no apology. If you decide to use these guys, the owner tries the workers try but they don’t succeed. The manager has no respect for common decency, nor does she understand what all business owners know. The customer must at all times be treated with the highest of respect. What I got was accusations and contempt. Even the owner has not apologized for her employee. But believe she knew her employee was clearly out of line."

"I took my car there a month back . Requested rt tail light area repaired and color match the corner and trunk lid . They did repair corner , then took it upon them self to do 2 rust spots that I didn't want done . Lots of filler . Then the color match dose not match , and they didn't paint the trunk lid . So I drive a 2 tone silver car with a black trunk . Thank you for making a gift to my wife fall apart ."
