Sonic Drive-In

"I ordered a few combos , a young lady brought my food out, she was very polite, I want to say her name is destiny , this is the first time ever I actually had someone so sweet. I asked her to wait -while I checked to make sure everything I ordered was correct, she was kind enough to wait , she did not get an attitude , or try to hurry me up. I was missing two things - she brought them back to me and even apologized for one of my orders not being in my bag, that’s what you call great customer service. she made me want to actually come back to this location.she even told me to have a good day. She deserved a higher tip than what I was able to give . Keep up the great work ."

"Still waiting for Julian to bring us our food. Pretty sure he just got high and ate it himself. We ordered from one of the stalls earlier this evening. That went just fine, and the little food tracker on the screen progressed as expected. After a few short minutes, it said Julian was bringing us our food. Unfortunately, that never happened. A few minutes later, that message disappeared. We continued to wait. After about 20 minutes, my friends went into the store to inquire about our missing order. They were actively ignored. No one came to help them. They tried ringing the bell three times, and nothing. During this time, I noticed a truck waiting for their food at the drive-thru window for quite a while. The person behind them eventually gave up and drove off. After about 10 minutes, my friends also gave up, came back to the car, and we left foodless. We then drove over to Wendy's and got great food and super fast, friendly service. Next time, we'll just go there. Sonic owes us our 45 minutes back."

"Absolutely disgusting. So I got a hot dog and they blasted it with disgusting amounts of mustard 2nd my chili cheese dog tasted like it was fresh out of the fridge. It was so cold and gross and ny cheese wasn't even melted a bit. The chili was also cold. Corn dog was barley warn. If they take care of your food this way imagine how they take care of themselves. Probably don't even wash their hands. Stay away"

"I took my Son to Sonic in San Jacinto as a reward for doing so great on his grades . We both got the Double Bacon Cheeseburger meal. The service was outstanding. The cheeseburgers were amazing. Very tasty. We decided to eat in the lobby. While we were eating the cashier came to our table and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. That was really great . Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this Sonic. The food and the service were excellent"
