"I had the AMBER Ramen, which boasted a combination of soy sauce and UMAMI sauce, accompanied by grilled pork, onion, parsley, bamboo shoots, and a seasoned egg served with Rakkan noodles. While there was nothing inherently wrong with the ramen, it failed to leave a lasting impression. The saving grace was the chewy texture of the noodles. Surprisingly, the fully cooked egg was a deviation from the norm. I also tried the Asian Spicy Ramen, featuring a blend of Salt Sauce and UMAMI Sauce, with a medley of ingredients including grilled pork, onion, sesame seeds, chili, bamboo shoots, seasoned egg, Thai chili, cilantro, and lemon. In comparison to the AMBER Ramen, this dish stood out with a more interesting broth, highlighted by a strong fragrance of cilantro. The broth's heavy white pepper taste, combined with the Thai chili spice, delivered a kick to my taste buds."
"I’m vegan. The Brussel sprout salad was fantastic, the vegan gyoza was delicious! The vegan bun I could pass on next time, but the vegan garnet ramen was very satisfying. Will definitely be back"
"I would rate it 3.5 stars. Ordered the Amber ramen and spicy tuna bowl on the side. Was a little disappointed with the ramen noodles, slightly hard than I’m used to and the soup was ok but nothing special. Spicy tuna was also just ok. We chose it because it has a patio seating that we can sit with our dog."
"First time at this place with a BOGO coupon. We ordered the Amber and Spicy Garnet with Grill pork bowl. The broth tastes good and noodle is a dante. If you prefer your noodle not soft but with texture, you will like the noodle. The grill pork bowl is fine. However we waited for a while for our noodles to arrive though. We arrived at 7pm and our noodles did not arrive for 30 minutes. Maybe there are plenty of to-go order so our order got push pack and soup is not hot but warm as well. Will probably come back if there is another BOGO deal, but I feel there are better ramen places. However if you like plant based soup and ramen, you can give this place a try."
