"Came in on New Year's Eve and was warmly greeted by the front hostess. She offered to get a Manager for a special request. When the Manager came, only took a few minutes, I didn't have to go into details of my request, the answer was just a kind, "yes." The food during the brunch was fresh and the buffet was very clean. This El Torito is conveniently located just off the 55fwy and 17th street. lt's just after the 17th Street Grill. You can see it from the street so it's hard to miss. They have a cool wishing fountain. I threw a couple of coins in for the New Year. I recommend this restaurant for the service, ambiance, and great tasting entrées."

Fresh tortillas made in front of you. unfortunately they didn’t have churros pancakes the day we came and the line waiting for food was long. Overall food and drinks were good!
