"i don't know why they have to have attitude, came to pick up an order for uber eats and my order said that it had drinks but all they had to do is be nice about it because i asked a simple question. i felt attacked for just asking what my uber eats app told me. i give it 0 stars. december 9 at 12:50pm"
"*Changed from 1 star to 3 star* Update: As I was leaving I was given a free drink as an apology for the wait and that did help me feel less frustrated. Also, the sandwiches were very good. I will never order (online) from here again. Ordered online and came in when it was supposed to be done. It hadn't been started. Side note, I had no idea where to pick up my order. They definitely need some signage. The store kept taking walk ins and not making my sandwiches while I waited. I asked them about it and they said it was starting next. 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't been started but they kept taking walk in orders non stop. I waited in the store for 20 minutes after I talked to someone before I got my order. If I had not ordered online, I would have gotten my food so much faster."
"Just want to say I’ve always loved jersey mikes but tonight I had a great experience! The young lady who helped me (I believe her name was Kayla) was very friendly and had a great positive vibe! My order is somewhat unusual but it was no big deal to her. She made it the best it’s ever been made, props to her! Give her a raise, the world needs more people like her!"
