Cozy Corner Drive In

"5 yrs ago I rated this place 5 stars but not now (2024) the last two times I've gotten fries there, they were overcooked and too crunchy so on the verge of burnt. There was a small amount of fries considering I paid $6.43 for them. At least half of them were small ends, bits and pieces. Believe it or not the pic is the total amount of fries minus 2. Those first 2 fries were not to my liking and I wanted to see how the rest were so I spread them out. Never going back. McDonalds down the street doesn't have diner/steak fries but it's less costly and you get more fries that are edible. In case you are wondering, the partially eaten burger on the left corner is from a different eatery. I decided long ago that their burgers weren't worth what they charged."

"I ordered the food and said it multiple times well done well done well done to pull up to have my food sit to have the fries had already been sitting so when I asked him to redo it he literally took his hands without gloves on and opened up my burger and stuck it on the grill with an open hand I have a picture of it absolutely disgusting he's wiping a sweat off of his forehead with a hand without gloves on. Same thing with the fries went to the King. After 15 years you lost my business Cook doesn't wear gloves sweating all over your food as you sit And watch. He touches his sweaty face with bare hands then touches the food all of it fries buns meat cheese. Sweating. This is why people have food poisoning. And yes I've gotten food poisoning multiple times from location"

"Fist of all I want to give a shout out to the cook, I love the food here !! To bad the customer service is horrible, I’m not sure what staff member it is but every I pass to the drive through to place an order she has a very defensive tone. She sounds like she’s mad at the world and it kills it for the restaurant because the quality in food is great that’s the only reason I keep going back. I put my coworkers on about the food here and they also had bad encounters with customer service so they’ve decided never to go back."
