"I went to Starbucks inside target today 11/30/23. I ordered a Venti Medicine bowl with 4 pumps of honey, a tall strawberry acai lemonade light ice & a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with almond milk and 2 pumps of gingerbread syrup. What i got was a Grande medicine bowl no honey,no lemonade. A water down strawberry acai no lemonade and a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch didn't replace the milk and no pumpms of gingerbread syrup and they may have made it with regular caramel.... Plus they are not answering the phone...."
"I used my reward points for a free drink & they tried to charge me extra for the soy milk stating because it’s a milk substitute. I’ve been using Starbucks rewards in multiple states for 9 years & have NEVER been charged anything extra when I use my points for a free drink. Other than this issue, this location has been pretty good."
"The Lady employee was by herself doing more than she should be doing! It's ridiculous how some employers see their staff as SLAVES! Treat her better! Starbucks inside Target on Palomar & Broadway in Chula Vista, CA sucks!"
