"There was a fly on the bread and I asked the lady with black hair could she exchange it and she grabs the bread and throws it back in the baking oven which is very NASTY and not fair to others but on the other hand the lady with red hair was a very nice person and greeted me when I came in and left"

"I was picking up some dinner for my family and online it said this location was open. I went to the front door where a worker there was cleaning but the door was locked. The poster on the window also said it closed at 9pm. I was just trying to get his attention to ask him if he could tell his boss or something to change it because they can get in trouble for that. He was extremely rude told me he didn’t care and shut the door in my face. I was just trying to be kind but that rude encounter was uncalled for."

"Went in for the free subway promotion on 7/12. For the 12 new subway sandwiches. Promotion had ended already but Sarah and Alma were very pleasant helpful and courteous. I will be back to this particular establishment because of the warm and friendly customer service. I recommend this location very much. Kudos to these ladies on their excellent customer service."
