"This is a Burger King in the mall. It is great. It was not crowded and the service was super. Our food was made to order and it was made the way we asked and all of it was very good. We had burgers, fries and shacks. We will be back."
"I did a mobile order with thee Burger King app went in store for a pick up was asked for my name and I guess the guy for some reason didn’t believe me and asked for a confirmation of my order I told him what the order was and so I got my food and asked for katchup and ranch and for some reason he didn’t put it in my bag and just left it on the counter but when everyone else asked for katchup he put it in there bags but not mine! It seems he didn’t like me very much and so I said thank u and left! The double whopper the cook made me was very good! Food was great! Service is bad! Atmosphere was ghetto! Please improve and hopefully I’ll see you again! See ya!"
"My Spice Ch-king came out super super oily. Squeezed the life out of it to push out as much of it as I could. Bun was kinda soaked."
"Please watch the staff. I came in today at 8:30pm not many people eating. I personally watched the cook moving boxes and pushing boxes around in the door passage between the kitchen and backroom. Then the cook came from the back wearing disposable gloves and without washing his hands or changing the gloves started to grab the food and started cooking. I waited and watched the manager cleaning the drink fountain and then walked inside and walked to the kitchen started grabbing the fries out of a small freezer and poured them to fry. Manager didn't wash her hands either. I didn't feel right to feed my child this food so I told the manager what I had witnessed and she didn't even apologize. She gave me a refund and didn't say anything."
"They say when it rains, it pours! After bombing an interview for a potential new job, I went looking for food. BK seems a good choice (usually) but it wasn't to be. This particular BK served me burnt, dehydrated, cardboard tasting patty. I ordered the new sourbread double. The bottom patty was good but the other one was not. I wanted to make a fuss over it but as I see a line of customers and what seemed like a worker trying to take a photo of me I decided it was best to do it without a possible argument. Look at the pics I posted! That is all that is needed to be said!!"
