"I placed a veggie order clear and the crew right now got my order wrong. They were so busy chit chatting they kept getting my order wrong. The cashier Emily was very rude aside. The man with glasses took care of it. But I'm not coming back."
"Starters, they had me go to the parking lot even tho their drive through goes straight to the street. They didn't get the order right the first time forgetting cinnamon twisters. Main dislike is having to maneuver from a main road Florance back to the parking lot only for them to forget something. I thought that's why they had me move so that they get more time to complete the order. Guess fast food isn't fast no more."
"Went in today right before work. Ordered. They forgot some items. Called the restaurant to let them know. Some Manager named “ Ashley “ not sure if that’s even her name said that in fact I had to go in that same day if I wanted the rest of my order. Her demeanor was very offensive. I asked her for the higher managers name , she said it was Dolores but she wouldn’t be in until Thursday ? Today is Sunday. After reading some of the other reviews it looks like whoever runs this location enables this persons behavior. These people clearly dislike their job. Even if they got sent in for training , it would not make a difference. And on top of it my order was wrong as well."
"There was a one person front of me they say wait to be attended please so I ask them for the code restroom while wait and they refused because I have to order first I told them I’m a driver I stop here for lunch I’m gonna order but first I need the restroom and they said again I already tell you if you not order first we can’t open the restroom finally she went to open the door but talking to me on a rude mode so I said thank you but keep save your restroom not your sales I went to the front restaurant there was good customer service and the restroom was open and clean"
"Food is very subpar and ghe meat to taco ratio is very low. They give way less meat at this location. Many times i have paid for items i did not receive. Check that bag before you drive off they will forget to give you food items. Avoid this taco bell."
