"The ice cream is really good! But the quality of their nacho cheese and pastries is incredibly low unfortunately :( we got hot cheetos with cheese and the cheese tasted like cleaning chemicals which isn't good and doesn't show good cleaning procedures in kitchen either since I've worked in kitchen before and the flan was really hard like it's been sitting there for more than 2 weeks really disappointed and unsatisfied"

"Prices increased and service was bad. The inside smells like hardcore bleach, our order was made wrong, and the elote consists of mainly water and no cheese. I’ve been here several times, but the quality and service has gone down. There’s so many around town…I’ll be going elsewhere next time."

"Firstly I love michoacana ice cream, but today I ordered nachos and my partner ordered an elote on a stick. The chips for the nachos were stale with the cheese got very soggy and the elote was just uneventful. The cheese and the corn were both a disappointment. I’ll still go for the ice cream but not for snacks."
