"I used to order here very often as it one of the places where they have vegan options and it’s close by my office. I ordered online multiple times and usually pick up my order in person during the lunch time. In one of this times I went back and said that their salsa they put to the side went bad - it smells rotten, looks bad, has a pickled taste. They apologized and replaced it promising that it will not happen again. Today I ordered the impossible bowl and again all salsa both inside the bowl and on the side went bad, it’s rotten. Unfortunately, they didn’t learn anything from the mistakes. I’ll not order anything here again, the worst quality food ever."

"I almost chocked on a bone over three inches long in my Baja Burrito. I took it back immediately with the bone. You can literally die from those types of bones. I am so freaked out. I encloses a picture. I think a manager should contact me immediately."
