They would not let me even have store credit and I have been a loyal customer to this Davis Big 5 over the years. I definitely will be buying my swim excesseries elsewhere from here on in. There is no desire from this store to serve the customer. The current manager is rude and dismissive."

I wish the Big 5 signature smell, you know the one, was available in the form of a scented candle. Mmm"

"Won't be back if I can help it. Staff acted like they had better things to do than to help me find what I needed. Cashier acted like she didn't want my business. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me shop there. I'll probably just drive to the Woodland or Sacramento stores rather than go there. This time happened to be an emergency, so I had no choice but to spend my money at this particular store."

They have a wide variety of stuff which has made my life super easy when picking up a new sport to try. Also, they sell shoes and sandals that are good quality and will last a while.
