"I came in to see how I like Red Wings as I am a union operator. The woman there was amazing. She scanned my foot, showed me the pressure points and walking pattern. She showed me all the boots Red Wings had to offer. After I selected the ones I wanted to try on, she went above and beyond to bring me them and also different sizes and widths to try. She then showed me her top two choices for insoles for me. I tried them both in the boots and finally came to my conclusion and walked out with two pairs of boots. They are so comfortable and seem to be great quality. I visited the Fontana store of Sierra. I wish I got the woman’s name. It was a Friday morning at opening. Very informative and made my experience great!"
"Angel helped me find the perfect fitting pair of boots. The customer service was great. I usually have a hard time finding boots in my size, but not a worry from this Redwings store. Angel was also very knowledgeable about which boots would best suit my use working on the Railroad. Couldn't be happier with the pair of Irish Setters I got.
