"I was given amazing customer service by an employee named Luis. He was patient and helped me when I need different shoe sizes. They didn't have the style I wanted in my size so he went above and beyond and checked if they had that size in a different store and put them on hold for me. Great guy and very genuine experience with him."

"If you order anything online they will not answer your call to corporation or the store if you select the option for a return, the phone hangs up if you select an option for a problem with shipping the phone hangs up. You select the option for where your order is the phone rings indefinitely and never picks up the brick and mortar store at Tyler is not at fault for the corporation policies on returns but normally when I see this type of behavior, it’s unscrupulous corporations that are refusing to make returns, charging for return shipping and a restocking fee. This is exactly why, I try to buy what I can from Amazon because they have better corporate policies Shame on you for not offering adequate customer service. This kind of thing was not acceptable in the 90s and it damn sure is not acceptable in 2024."

Don't even try to apply here unable to contact anyone in corporate impossible, there is no information about this Company on the Better Business bureau Shoe Palace is not BBB accredited!
