"I'll never buy them again. I have a pair of caiman boots that had an issue with the inside lining being bunched up during manufacturing and it left 2-3" by 18" tall space that sat on the top of my foot where it was glued to vamp. I've never been able to wear them because of that defect and they still have the tags on them. I couldn't get any help from of their distributors or from Los Altos directly. So have a fairly expensive pair of boots that are unwearable. Non of my Dan Posts or Lucchese's boots have ever had a problem like that. Never again I purchased them new with tags from an individual and I was told by Los Altos that they couldn't do anything for me since it wasn't a regular distributor. That's fine I told the Los Altos rep that I was will to pay for the repair but that the boots unwearable in their current state and all wanted to do was to get the boots fixed so I could wear these expensive caiman boots."
