"What a stellar experience! I came in yesterday to pick up a “ship to store” order and was greeted at the front by Drea. I had my three year old with me and he enthusiastically told her about the haircut he just got. Drea was SO attentive and did not dismiss him. She conversed with him and it was the sweetest interaction, truly! I waited in line until it was my turn and we browsed the skateboard decks while we waited. Drea brought out my order and offered to open the box and place the shoes in a bag so I didn’t have to walk around the mall with a box. My child chatted with her some more and we said our goodbyes. As we were heading out, she ran up to us and gave my son a cup as a gift. I thought this was such a sweet touch and I truly felt appreciated as a customer. She didn’t have to do that but it made my kid’s entire day to make a friend at the “skateboard store” as he calls it. Thank you for your kindness, Drea and for making customers feel like friends and family!"

"Small vans store. Selection of wheels. Hat. Shirts. Of course vans. Went in for a hat today. Pretty standard selection. $28.00 for a vans hat?? Eek. I felt like the T shirt and hat selection was a bit lacking. Staff could have been friendlier."
