"I came today to return my husband's shoes that I have purchased online at this store location since they did not have sizes in store. The shoes did not fit my husband's feet, so I had to return them. Not only the manager was super rude to me she refused to take the shoes back because I did not have electronic receipt. However on the company's website it says I can do a return within 60 days with my order confirmation that I have. I received only order confirmation email. The manager, as she claimed to be, refused to listen to me, claiming that she is on her lunch while still being in the store. What a shame Aldo! Hire appropriate people or you will loose all your business!What a disrespect!"

"Good quality shoes and cute ankle boots. Didn't take me long to find something I liked. Wore my new shoes right away and they put my old ones in the box. Service was slightly meh. The store wasn't that busy and this was in the first week of December. They could do better on customer service and checking on customers, but overall still a good experience here."

"I didn't end up getting any shoes here because they didn't have the right size, but they were really helpful in finding a store that did. She helped me the best way she really could and got me on my way. While their selection somewhat lacks, they make up for it in great service. Worth the visit at the very least."
