"Amazing visit overall! They welcome you in and help you with whatever you need. All the workers are friendly and amicable. Store is brand new and has great selection! One of the workers recommended the Slip-ins and wow are they easy to put on. For a senior like me they’re super convenient. Workers were patient with me even if I’m old and ask a ton of questions haha."

"I came to the store at 7:58 and the store closed at 8:00. I understand that it was more than close to closing time but I had to assist a lot of people through my nonprofit and I have a plane to catch and needed to exchange shoes that hurt my feet. I love Skechers and this is a rare occurrence that they would hurt. In any case, the manager could have helped me but she not only did not help me and let me in the store but refused to give me her name. Customer service is lacking in so many places but I have not had this type of disappointing experience at Skechers EVER. I was there at 7:58 PM on October 31, 2023 and the excuse given to me that they had money out counting it ! So REALLY, you are counting money in the open before you are officially closed. That's your excuse! Wow! Trust, I will be writing your corporate office not because of the way I was treated but so no one else who is a senior, African American, or any person will not have to experience this again!!"

"Nice and clean but not many sizes available. Discounts are minimal and some of the staff was very rude and more interested in gossiping with coworkers than answering questions (some staff members were very professional as well)."

"Extremely disappointment, visiting the store location not even a HELLO or think you or welcome, I literally felt obligated to finish my transaction at the Register . Very disappointed that she didn’t have a thought that my transaction of $85 will make part of her paycheck for today. It’s sad so many staff members profanity language in between them. It’s just disappointment . I feel that management needs more support on training their staff on a HELLO or welcome, or HELP THEM keeping a :-) in your face. Never had a bad experience at sketcher store, but this one now I understand with my coworkers were saying . As a female myself and a Latina they represent us this way to the Latin community. I definitely know what store not to recommend moving forward. Rude personalities."
