"The sales associates are friendly enough. I went there to get a copy of Septimus Heap. They only had 1 in the whole store, and I didn't realize that the corner of the book was ripped after I left the parking lot. It was for a gift. It was very annoying. Wish they had more than 1 copy of anything. It was the day before Christmas so the shopping center was packed and parking was difficult. They didn't have much selection on the history of Palestine. It was a very biased clientele. Next time, I'll order online, especially for better prices."

"Very wide selection of books. I appreciate the organization of the store. I went on a Sunday night and there were plenty of people there shopping, reading, and hanging out. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I picked up some books for Christmas gifts."

"This place is awesome! Very comfortable and open feel with a large inventory of reading material. One of the larger bookstores I have seen still in existence. What a wonderful experience to go through physical reading material for once instead of being bound by internet material. There's a nice coffee lounge by Starbucks within the facility as well. It makes for a nice reading and meeting location. The mall that it is located within is a special place to be in Calabasas as well. It is a Rick Caruso development and there's many other fine and high and shops nearby. The restaurants in the area are fabulous also. It's a great place to take kids and spend an afternoon of shopping and lounging around. Be sure to check out all of the turtles at the water feature. There's plenty of parking. It has easy access to the 101 freeway."

"Great open store with tons of books, magazines, calendars, gifts, cards, themed memorabilia, unique stationary, etc. Clean restrooms located on first floor on the right sure past Starbucks. They also have a refillable water bottle station."
