If the security outside in the parking lot could be nicer and show a little more compassion to and respect everyone in the parking lot at night other then the working girls on the corner my trips to this store wouldn't be as stressful"

"Sad to say horrible customer service, Yesterday (which was Wednesday) i went and bought 13 items & i went to my car to leave it inside and grabbed the other items i had bought the previous day (Tuesday) which were 35 items & i was trying to return those items i had bought Tuesday, they brought out their manager so they can help me out and the manager said the store doesn’t do returns only exchanges & alright that’s fine & so what she did she took back 13 items from the 35 items i had bought Tuesday for the items i bought on Wednesday as my “exchange” yet how is that if i have already bought it? i left not realizing right away (because i had a lot on my plate that day) till much later that she didn’t give me my money back for the 13 items i bought on Wednesday. I went today to let them know nicely but she was rude and kept saying that she did a fair exchange and tried to make it seem like i was the one not understanding about their policy, I don’t recommend this particular store at this location to anyone"

"I arrived 35 minutes early and was intending on grabbing things to wrap gifts for and condiments and canned foods since they are obviously only one dollar and same quality and I try to save every penny for my family I can. 20 mins before you definitely felt pretty rushed. Maybe wrong day because I have came here several times satisfied at the same time of day and had no issues whatsover. Could be a good or bad day my best guess."
