"Ordered online to pick up. My set store is Downey. My order was put through at a home delivery instead. The Rep at the store couldn't cancel the home delivery. Had to call, and they couldn't either. So inconvenient. I was glad size I was looking for was available, so I purchased them. Now I got to deal with returning was is being shipped to me."

"Bad Customer Service. Price tags and boxes are unorganized and there is a lot of false advertising. I was prepared to purchase two pairs of shoes. One pair was on sale, the other was full price. When ringing up my order, I noticed the sale shoes were reflecting the wrong price. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she asked if I wanted to go retrieve another box of the same item and bring it back to the register. I was happy to do so. Once I brought the shoe box with the same style shoe and the discounted price sticker that matched the item, the cashier then proceeded to tell me that she cannot give me that price. She insisted that the box was marked in error. I advised her that if they are advertising their shoes at a specific price on their sales floor, they need to honor those prices. She stated that she was already going to be nice and give me a small discount but that the actual sales tag price on the shoe cannot be honored. Another cashier got involved, and reinforced the absolute No! It was an additional 10 dollars off. The 10 dollars weren't going to break the bank, but it's the principle. I wished them a good night and walked away. I will not frequent this store again. For the well being of your business, if errors are occurring in your store, on your floor, own up to them. Make it right for the customer. It's not our fault that you made a mistake. Do the right thing. I'll take my business elsewhere and if you're reading this, I suggest you do the same."

"Store is very clean and employees are helpful. Good selection of shoes, boots and sandals for entire family. Delighted to see employees giving masks to anyone who did not have one once they entered the store. Footwear stores run out of sizes everywhere, so just be polite if they do not have your size."
