"We ate dinner in the bar side and it's a nice vibe, lots of folks relaxed and enjoying their meals. Pastrami burger was excellent, cooked just as asked, juicy, great combo of flavors. We also decided to grab some muffins in the morning and wow we're they great, blueberry and chocolate chip, both super tasty."

"I really enjoy Lovis deli. All the food is very well prepared. The size of the menu is really terrific. It is very large with all the best options for a Jewish style deli. The prices have gone up and tend to be a little pricey. Although when you consider the cost of food coupled with the location (Calabasas) the prices make sense."

"Something for everyone! One half of the restaurant is a cozy diner, and the other half is more of a sports bar restaurant feel. Plus, they have a patio if you like to sit outside (depending on the weather so you might want to call and check first just to be safe). We went for breakfast and loved it. The French toast is probably the best French toast I've ever had. The hash browns were perfect. The bread pudding is huge and actually a good deal or the price (plan on sharing it or having leftovers to take home). Service was fast and attentive. The menu is big, but not overwhelming. Dining out can be pretty hit or miss these days and is getting increasingly expensive. So it's great to find another spot that we can count on for a great meal at a reasonable value."

"Honestly this place is incredible. The food was out of this world. My pastrami burger was perfectly cooked and one of the top 5 best burgers I've had in my life. Beating out burgers I've paid twice as much for by a mile. My partners Zoltan sandwich made me question whether I may actually like Russian dressing and sourkraut and just never had sourkraut and dressing as good as this. Lastly our waiter, Umberto, was phenomenal. He solved any possible problem before they could show up, he was friendly, and never too much. He also seemed to be doing the same to the other tables in a fairly busy section. I was unable to try the deserts and baked goods due to me being so full. But that gives me another reason to come back again."

"I had late breakfast with a friend today, first time in here. Parking on site. At the entrance is a delicious bakery, it took less than 20 m waiting for our table (we didn't have reservation). Service was great, Mike or Michael very kind with us as well the waitress. Food was very tasty, I have to come back for the happy hour that's every day from 3 to 7 pm."
