"Best beer bottle/ can store in the world so far that I have found. Huge selection of premium beer. I drink ipa and they always have something I like. Especially Pliny the elder but I am always trying different ipa’s to see what’s out there. Super chill usually not too many people in there. Customer service is always chill (good thing)"
"I've been shopping at Ale Tales for about three years now. There's little doubt in my mind that this is the best bottle shop in the East Bay. Their selection is wide, with a solid back catalog of barrel aged staples, a revolving door of the latest hyped up hops, and fresh Pliny at an unbeatable price (unless you want to go to Santa Rosa). Depending on what day you go in, you may also have a wonderful customer service experience. Sam and the owner are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Apart from the strong selection, a large part of what has kept me coming back are the recommendations and conversations they've both given me."
"They always have or are willing to get what I like. Once they had no doppelbock when I was looking for something malty. The girl there took down my number and called me a few days later when a delicious local doppelbock was in stock. Talk about great service!"

"Lots of yummy looking beers, and they allow you to mix and match your own variety packs. They also have some local non-alcoholic beers available - I'm currently avoiding alcohol, so am especially excited to try those. They have more varieties available than they have room to display up front, so if you don't see what you want, ask, because they have more in the back. My only suggestion would be to have brief descriptions posted for each beer, to better help decide which you want to try. However, they are more than happy to offer suggestions if you ask. Edited to add: LOVED the Surreal Juicy Mavs Hazy IPA- it's my new favorite NA beer!"
