"I called and spoke to a guy about wanting to have a big balloon bouquet delivered to a friend. He said he would have to ask someone if it was possible, which is says delivery on their website, and he would call me back tomlet me know. Waited 4 or more hrs with no return call so i called back and got Lisa's voicemail. I left a message with this information and no return call. I called again the next day mid morning a couple times and no answer and got her voicemail again. Shows online that the store is open. Very poor customer service and missed out on a big order."

After checking out the amazing vintage toy selection she has, I decided to go with the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots and it was a hit! Not only does she have the coolest vintage toys but also Legos, puzzles, books and more. I will be returning to Fog Town Toys for all my future toy purchases because of the excellent customer service I received from Lisa. She took the time to listen and offer suggestions and never rushed me to make a purchase."
