"I went to lunch with my daughter at this location yesterday, 3/6 placed our order! That was it! Got our drinks, & my cup of COLD SOUP. We waited OVER 30 minutes NO FOOD yet! How long does it take for 2 burgers? Asked different waitress ( ours never came back) if she could get our server or manager. No one showed for another 10 minutes! FINALLY the manager came over & asked what the problem was —we explained! NO FOOD! Other customers came in after us and had already been served their food. We said we are leaving - how much do we owe for drinks & a cup of COLD soup? He said will have to figure it out & left. I said what do you have to figure out? (DUMMY) $5 for my drink $5.00 the lemonade & $5.00 for cup of soup! DA? I gave $15 to the bar, & said you can eat the rest. The manager should have said- I will comp the drinks, & how can I make this right! Instead of walking away! CAN’T RATE THE FOOD WE DID’T GET!!"

"Had a bad experience at the kettleman lane Lodi, California location went with my mom and we set at the table for 30 minutes waiting for our food, while 2 other tables with new customers came in after us. And had their food served to them. And I brought it to the waitresses attentiand she said. Oh, it was coming, so I asked her to talk to the manager, and I told him to just let us know how much the 2 drinks that we ordered was and he said wait a minute, let me check. And lost sight of him. So we paid $15 at the front and left very poor service."

"I ordered a simple chicken Cesar salad. Limp lettuce, COLD chicken but at least the dressing was cold and fresh. As I paid the male server who brought out my food at approximately 6:50 PM on 12-9-23 for my order, he returned with my change. I gave him a c-note and the bill was $29.80. He handed me $70. I asked about the .20c and he replied, "Oh, did you want that? " now, I realize it's only 20 cents but it is my change, my earned money. I replied, "Well, seeing as it's mine yes but hey you keep it, obviously aren't expecting a tip, are you! " Probably the most rude thing I've experienced when it comes to money. Incredibly wrong and absolute horrible customer service from that individual. I wish I would have gotten his name to personally contact the manager. It really reflects poorly on the establishment. I would not recommend this location."

"We arrived for dinner with family that came into town, we had a wait of about 40 minutes to be seated, but once seated we're able to order drinks and food in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and parking wasn't too difficult with how busy it was."

"Decent food and service. Comfortable and clean surroundings. Ample spacing of customers. Applebee's has 2 for $25 and 2 for $30 specials. The fries were overly salted as if someone accidentally spilled a container of salt over them. We brought this up to the server and she brought new fries, so that was good of her."
