"Wish I got to meet Ron - I heard about his story & he's legitimately sounds like a cool person, but don't let the reviews fool you. This place is pretty cool. Best dive bar I've been to in the three surrounding counties (Contra Costa, Solano, San Francisco). Shot of Basil Hayden was $10 (that's a $20 shot in Ashland, OR). 2 pool tables in the back, good conversation with a couple of the people I met, clean restroom, can't complain."
"Not sure if the owners promote harassment towards females, but they fired their best bartenders for standing up & protecting a woman at this bar. What a shame… Ron did such a great job bringing business to this place. if you’re a female I wouldn’t recommend going there, it’s not safe anymore."
