"Spent a lot of days wasted going here. They pushed a specific brand on us, and then every time we would go in to try on a new style or for a fitting, we would have to basically start from the beginning; Sometimes they didn't have what we were waiting for, or they never ordered the sizes we needed to try on, and even having to straight up explain who we were to the staff that we'd spent hours with and just spoken with on the phone.. Then when it got down to the final days, they acted as though it was our fault that it was down to the wire and they were some kind of miracle workers. I was merely a bystander to this all, otherwise I would have immediately chosen a different place to go suit shopping."

I bought a pair of 3Sixteens there and a few months into wearing it, some of the stitching came apart unexpectedly.Emailed him and they said to bring it in and they took care of it free of charge.Even offered to mail it to me complimentary so I didn't have to go back down to the store to pick it up.
