"Would not recommend this store, i went in there for an exchange on brand new shoes and the little girl working that day of 5/24/23 around 3pm would not even look at me for 10 minutes. I understand helping other customers but they either need to hire more help or hire more professional people who know what they’re doing. There was three other people in the store waiting and by the time she finally got to me she didn’t even try and help and told me i would have to go 45 minutes to the other store just to do an exchange. My assumption is she was just trying to find an easy way to help 1 less customer and i did not appreciate her attitude. She’s lucky i didn’t get her name. UPDATE : the following day i did receive a call from a district manager, however i wanted to wait and see if what the lady at the store said was true. She said the only store that would do an exchange was in SJ which was 45 more min from me during commute hours. I went to Fremont on a hunch she was lying and sure enough i didn’t have a single issue and was taken care of very quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for shoes they also have way more options there. Their customer service is flawless , I recommend Fremont location over this sorry location"

"The last pair of redwings I owned lasted me 10 years. I thoroughly and 100% stand by these boots for any occasion. This is my first pair of hiking boots every and they where very light and comfortable. I hate wearing boots but these were bearable to where throughout the day. I have not test them in snow yet but plan on it."

"This is my first review and normally don’t do these but after my experience today, I had to. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Didn’t push to upsell anything and was genuinely looking out for my best interests. He took the time to explain different methods of sizing for a boot, tried out a couple pairs of boots and he helped me try some insoles out too. Also left with a pair of socks! Brad’s top tier customer service and knowledge of the products has set the bar high for me as far as how a salesman conducts business with a customer. Definitely will be recommending everyone I know to come to this location specifically."
