"I'd give 0 stars if I could. They misquoted me on how much the repair would be, then said they would have to charge me 40 extra dollars if I wanted a quoted receipt. They took a month to "fix" my imac (came in for a screen repair) when they had quoted me at 10 days, then broke it and didn't bother to tell me when I picked it up at the store. When I called later, that's when they happened to mention the fan. It now runs the fan on high constantly and is extremely slow. This is also after moving my computer back and forth from different locations. When you ask to speak to the manager, they've conveniently just walked out the door. Now I'm out a month's worth of wages and a broken computer. The manager said he was going to be the one to do my repair. I'm here to say that he needs to be fired. Avoid at costs. Additional update: I disputed with my bank and they lied to them saying that I never contacted them after receiving the computer, even though I called immediately when I got home. If you have issues with this location, call corporate because even though they are an individual franchise, corporate will help you more than they did. This location needs to be shut down."

"Very reliable, polite, and informative! Sandara was very helpful and went over everything Rhea (the technician) was going to do. The repair went smoothly and my Z Flip 5 looks good as new! Will definitely come back for any future repairs!"

"My Samsung Z Fold 5 screen had an accidental damage (object fell off a shelf and hit the inner screen) and made a small crack in the inner screen hinge area. Made a black line in the middle and white line across. Filed a claim and was sent to this Samsung certified repair center. Dropped off and was fixed the next day! Very quick turn around and my phone is good as new! Really happy with the service and quality of work. Very nice people from checking in (Sandara) and letting me know my phone ,is ready . Rhea the tech assigned to fix my phone was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Highly recommend this repair center."

"I came in to ask for my phone to be fixed because it was not charging, and when the girl (I think her name is Sandara?) helped me out, she realized that the only reason why my phone was not charging is because my charging port was dirty with lint! She cleaned it up well and it was able to charge right after. The best thing about it is that she did not charge me anything! She is such a great person, and her act of kindness makes me want to come back if i break any of my gadgets. 100000/10 for customer service!"

"This place is amazing!! I came in looking for a screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro because I literally just dropped my phone in the parking lot and cracked my screen protector. They are super helpful with amazing customer service. Steven also helped another customer while I was there and he was super knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend anyone to this place."
