"Came here for a belt. Good selection, decently priced, very helpful staff. Will buy from here again. The reason that I did not give it five stars is that my transaction was relatively trivial, and I don't know how well they would do with a more complicated situation (fitting, tailoring, etc.). I don't generally buy clothes new, preferring thrift stores, but if I needed new pants or a suit, I would definitely go here first."

"I had made an online purchase with in store pick up. When I went to retrieve the product I purchased, the sales clerk could not find my item. Which I had received the email confirmation it was ready. She then dismissed me stating I must have ordered from a different store. She did not bother to look in the computer to see where my order was nor attempt to make an effort to help me. And the other sales clerk did nothing as well to help as he looked me up and down and kept on with his task. Once I showed her my email confirmation & that I had indeed ordered from their store. She looked up the purchase in their computer where she found my order etc. The sales clerk did not apologize nor did she have the order ready. She to go to the floor to grab it for me. I didn’t even get a “Thank you have a nice day!” This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I also traveled over 50 miles to experience unprofessional customer service."

Greeted me at the door to let me know they saw me, left me alone to browse, came to check on me after about 15-20 mins and remind me about a sale, then waited for me to ask about a fitting room. SUPER friendly at the register. A wonderful experience from start to finish."
