"Don't go to the restroom here, EVER. My friend went to the restroom and locked the door. Apparently, the door doesn't lock, and a man walked in while she was on the toilet. Totally embarrassed. They do not have his and her bathrooms. I'm disappointed in starbucks."
"I love Starbucks, but in the mornings at the drive thru, they ignore you and talk with each other like your not there...there's one girl that doesn't do that but the rest do...your support to talk to your customers not to close the window and ignore...yes there friendly but that isn't customer service...I never write reviews but this has bothered me for months"
