Brake and Lamp in riverside ca

"I was referred by one of his friends thinking it be a good experience but had to pay TWICE to pass my inspection. Even though Mario personally said " come back within a week and I wouldn't be charged AGAIN for retesting" I ordered everything i needed & fixed everything asap went in 5 days later... I still got charged just because it wasn't written down on the paper but yet the girl up front remembered. Also they do car registrations ,the girl was going to call me back to finish the process since they "ran out of commercial plates" and never did I hear back. Would I go back again....no honestly"

"**Scammers** do not recommend. Came in for a brake and light inspection $150. Told me it didn’t pass because my brake pads were too thin and license plate light was out. I was told if I took it somewhere else to get fixed I would have to pay another $150 fee to pass inspection. So Paid $370 to get both things done here (total $520). The next day my differential was leaking. My differential was not leaking prior to going to the shop. I checked all the bolts on my differential cover and two bolts were loosened. Should have read prior reviews. Other people had a similar experience and also believed the shop tampered with their car."

"The reviews people have posted about this place are very accurate, beware the only good reviews must be from people they know. they failed my brake and lamp for a small crack on a tail light and immediately gave me an estimate of $350!!!!! I bought the tail light new for $100 dollars somewhere else. They wanted an extra $100 dollars to reinspect it when I replaced the tail light. theft in my opinion. They also charged all together for the brake and lamp when that might be separate. I will Contact the state to make sure this is appropriate, not because of the money I lost but because places like this should not have state licenses to perform these jobs."

"Very flexible, no appointment needed. I arrived here an hour before closing for a light inspection and they took me in. They replaced 3 bulbs, passed my inspection and I was out in half hour! They also provided me with a solid reasonable price from the start and charged me almost nothing for the bulb replacements compared to many other shops. I’ve had terrible rip off exeperienced at other shops. I Highly recommend this one."

"Went in to have my AC serviced cost $100 flat and I paid. To still be told my AC didn’t work and it was an electrical issue and that they’d need my car for 3 to 4 hours the following day, at an additional price of $380. So I went home watched this 5 min YouTube video and seen it could be a fuse/relay issue. So when I went to check, they had taken mines out along with the filter. So I bought both at autozone the fuse for $8 and a cabin filter for $20. From a $380 cost to $28.... I’ve never felt so played!"
