"Don't try to buy tires online and arrange a replacement. I waited for the tires for 2 weeks, I had an appointment to replace them on Saturday and my tires weren't there. They went to Pasadena. Now I'm waiting for the tires again and I have to waste time on Saturday to mount them again. The website staff is nice and helpful and it's not their fault, but BigBrand's website, which doesn't change the fact that I have to change my plans again on my Saturday."

"CONSUMER BEWARE: Took my wife’s car here to get an oil change because my mechanic was out of town. They made multiple recommendations on repairs, that I’m glad I didn’t move forward with through them. After my wife picked up the car she said it was making a loud noise under the hood when she got on the freeway after checking I found the never re-installed the Air cleaner housing, allowing dirt and debris into the motor. The car is currently at my mechanic’s be looked at and to follow up with the recommended repairs only 2 of the 3 were needed. My mechanic mentioned that the skid plate was missing under the car. I reached back to this business to see what the reason was for them not installing it. He then proceeded to blame my wife that she had run over something and it had damaged it beyond repair so they just decided to leave it off and not say anything or make a recommendation to replace it. Clearly this place has poor craftsmanship and neglect to follow standard procedures. Luckily their negligence didn’t cause any harm to my wife of family. Please use caution should you choose to do business here. What if it was a brake line or lug nuts that they would have forgotten to tighten on your family’s car. NOT A RISK IM WILLING TO TAKE."

"Rolled up with a flat tire (puncture) at 8:00am and the excellent team had it fixed and I was back on the road by 8:30. They even topped up the pressure on all my other tires and the best part....it was a free service! I've purchased a couple sets of tires here in the past and will definitely be back for my future needs. Thank you Big Brand team!"
