"My husband has used this location twice. Today was my first visit. The man working the front was knowledgeable and reassuring. If you buy tires here, they’ll inspect and rebalance for free every six months. I didn’t know that! Great value."

"Got tires from this place. They came with a 70000 mile warranty. Had them rotated 3 times. When I went back for the fourth rotation I was told they couldn't rotate them because their Jack was broke. Went back again and was told that if they rotated them it would cause serious vibration which would make it to dangerous for me to drive my vehicle. Then they proceeded to tell me I would have to buy all new tires, replace all 4 shocks and get all my brakes done. Funny thing is, I just did the brakes 15000 miles prior to my visit here. Less than 30000 miles on tires that came with a 70000 mile warranty and they are trying to sell me new ones. They look fine to me, although there is unusual tire wear on the inside of the tread. I call it unusual because I paid them an extra $160 for a front-end alignment which they obviously did not do. This place is operated by nothing more than scandalous clowns. I will not be using American Tire Depot ever again and suggest that others do the same."

"They advertise free patch a flat tire, but when I went there, they tried to sell me a new tire. I told them that I had a tire at home when I brought the tire. The manager charge me to change it, even though he had told me that it was free , so make sure they are not gonna charge you because I see other people complaining too. Will never use this place again and will tell everybody what a bad management it has in the picture you can see that I brought a brand new tire. I put my key in the tire and it holds it. That’s how deep a new tire is and I also included a picture of the bill Thank you Juan A Lozano NOT COMING BACK!!"

"I bought two tires with road hazard warranty, after 4 month I went to the same store with flat tire and they where saying my tire have no problem they put air in and found no leak just to run away from paying the road hazard warranty that entitle me for a replacement, I went to a Good Year store and they showed me the puncture / nail on the inside wall which is non fixable damage, the tire was replaced at Good Year, I went back to ATD and showed them the paperwork and they are still in denial and said I have a problem in alignment and that's will void the warranty, so I said the paperwork I have in hand shows that you did the alignment on the tire installation day! then he said?! I have shocks problem and my answer was: You guys have checked the suspension on the installation day and confirmed have no problems, then he said let me talk to a manager and call you, I said: when I came to the store you said that you are the manager and now you are not? he is a tall blond young boy in his mid 20's, I recommend good year, tire rack, Costco but not American tire."

"Bad service, bad attitude. I was looking to replace 2 front tires. I had told them ahead that they can not lift the Van at the normal places as regular cars, but at designate lift points as the van is a lot heavier than a regular car. The tech person I spoke to acknowledged that he wouldn't lift the van at the pinchweld as a regular car. Giving them professional courtesy, I stayed in the waiting area while they worked; then I came out just to make sure, and saw the damage to the frame (pinch weld) area. I mentioned that to the service manager, whom presented at the service bay at the time. He said he didn't do it. I showed him the mark was still fresh from all the travelling dust and grimes, and he became aggressive. Worse, they even damaged the wheels (as I inspected them later in the parking lot). Definitely not recommending this place for tire services."
