"First time at the hood grind. Pretty cool little coffee shop, they have dope art that tells a story. I ordered the 24oz mexi mocha and a rebel crumb (cookie) and that was $14 and change. Drink was good but didn't really hit the spot. I guess i need to try the other drinks there. NOW rebel crumb cookie is SUPER delicious that I do recommend. There isn't a sign that the shop might be easy to miss so use Google maps. Overall it was a good. Next time I'm going to ask what they recommend. And there's no menu so I suggest you follow them on Instagram for the menu."

"This place is better than Starbucks and Dutch Brothers combined. It’s tucked away in a little corner but has great atmosphere when you walk in. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was not crowded. I did not have to wait in a humongous line just to get a drink. The most important part, they had really great tasting smooth coffee! Try their extended menu peach coffee and strawberry jam cookie. Delicious"

"Hood Grind is a small coffee shop! But as with David and Goliath, small can definitely be mighty! And The Hood Grind is very mighty! Their coffee is wonderful! It tastes phenomenal! The service is amazing and they have seasonal and specialized drinks! This coffee shop is the real deal! It’s not cheap, it’s not of low quality, it’s not just coffee. If you want top tier, handcrafted coffee that tastes great and has the caffeine needed to get through your day, The Hood Grind is the way to go. You will not be disappointed!"

"This little nook is a must try. They have some wild flavors that actually work on your taste buds. Highly recommend the Basil Mint Julep Cold Brew. It was so smooth and delicious, could taste every note. They have some shirts and other merchandise for sale as well as a cool photo-op couch. The shop looks pretty neat and glad to see a good local coffee shop in the area. Will most definitely be going back to try some of their other options."
